What the work includes
We take over support of sites on 1C-Bitrix, WordPress, Tilda and custom code: we make edits, update the platform and make sure the site opens and requests arrive.
Schematic example, not a client result
What’s included
- Edits to text, prices, banners and layout
- New pages and blocks
- 1C-Bitrix: updates with an active license, bug fixes
- Tilda: pages, Zero Block, forms and receiving requests
- Integrations: CRM, forms, analytics
- WordPress, MODX, OpenCart: updates, plugins and modules
- Backups, SSL, availability and speed checks
- Monthly report on the work done
Who it’s for
Companies whose website already works but who have no developer of their own: edits wait for weeks, updates are not installed, and a broken form is discovered by customers. And those leaving a previous contractor.
How we work
We start with a free audit: platform and module versions, backups, access, speed and how the forms work. Then we agree on the format: a subscription with a monthly package of hours, or one-off tasks. For every task we name the deadline and the price before work starts. Once a month you get a report: what was done, what was updated and what is worth fixing.
Platforms
We support sites on 1C-Bitrix, WordPress, MODX, OpenCart, Joomla, Drupal and Tilda, as well as custom code: Next.js, React, Vue, Laravel, Django. If your platform is not on the list, we look at the site during the audit and tell you whether we can take it on. The owner of the site pays for the 1C-Bitrix license and the Tilda plan, separately from our fee. Response times for urgent tasks are fixed in the contract.
Together with other services
Support is convenient to combine with SEO and ads: we make the technical fixes that follow from an audit ourselves, with no separate contractor. If the site is so outdated that a new one would be cheaper, we will say so plainly.
