Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the NEO DIGITAL website (https://neo-digital.ceo) (the “Website”). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

The Website is owned by ИП Коневец Артём Владимирович (the “Operator”).

The Website provides information about the Operator’s services (website development, AI assistants for CRM, AI agents for marketing), lets you submit a request through the contact form and get answers to questions in the AI chat. You may not use the Website in ways that violate the laws of the Russian Federation or the rights of the Operator and third parties, or collect data from the Website by automated means without the Operator’s prior consent.

All information on the Website, including service descriptions and prices marked “from”, is provided for reference only and is not a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The exact price and terms of services are determined individually after discussing the task and are set out in a contract between the Operator and the client.

Answers in the Website’s AI chat are generated automatically using artificial intelligence. Such answers may contain inaccuracies or errors and are not professional advice, a public offer or a guarantee by the Operator regarding the price, timing or outcome of work. Final terms of cooperation are agreed separately and set out in a contract.

Do not share sensitive personal data in the AI chat (passport details, bank card details, health data and other special categories of personal data).

The Website’s design, texts, graphics, program code and other materials are intellectual property of the Operator and/or its licensors and are protected by the laws of the Russian Federation. The Website’s materials may not be used without the Operator’s prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by law.

• the Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website working correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Website and the AI chat;
• the Operator is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on information obtained on the Website, including AI chat answers;
• the Operator is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the Website for technical reasons beyond the Operator’s control.

You can submit a request through the form or chat with the AI consultant only after giving separate consent to personal data processing — by ticking the box in the form or with the button in the chat window. By giving it, you agree to the Personal Data Processing Policy and give your Consent to Personal Data Processing.

The Operator may change these Terms. A new edition takes effect once it is published on the Website. The current edition is always available at https://neo-digital.ceo/en/terms (translation) and https://neo-digital.ceo/terms (Russian, legally binding).
